There are some individuals that count the calories of everything they consume while others just eat everything that is put in front of them and much, much more. Perhaps this wouldn’t be so bad but they also ate food that should be thrown away because it is out of its safe selling period. Whatever this person sees that’s not nailed down they will eat, regardless of the consequences. Health supplements are forbidden words to many people as they really cannot see the need.
That may sound rather far fetched but many people do this but I would always warn against such irresponsible behavior. Maybe you need to think about the danger you are facing long term and start taking some health supplements instead. This isn’t as bad as you think because these are generally very good for you. The worst thing is when people who have never tried them say how awful they taste.
You should always try a thing before you blurt out that you can’t stand it; you aren’t being asked to eat a slimy frog now are you? You see, the health supplements I’m talking about are of the powdered variety; like chocolate or banana flavor that contains essential minerals. Personally, I take two types of supplements and one of those is a multivitamin that I’ve been taking for so many years I have lost count. I think every human being should consume a daily vitamin, it’s very simply to do and it only takes a split second because you can take one with your meal each day.
The second health supplement is a whey protein shake which I started taking a little while back. It’s great the way this new shake offers so much protein in such a small portion. They are also so easy and convenient to drink and some are good enough to replace a meal. Another benefit apart from its convenience is that you get to add about 30 grams of protein which is good for your muscles.
You often hear people saying you can’t have good without bad but that’s not true with today’s health supplements because they have removed everything that’s bad for you. Things that you are warned about consuming too much of like saturated fats, cholesterol, salt and sugar, to name a few, aren’t in them.
